Since the company’s inception in 1984 we have grown to be one of the leading providers of training solutions to Education Training Boards nationwide. The company has developed into a key partner in Learning & Development programs for the ETB sector across multiple regions.

Design

No company invests in training for its people without knowing that it will add value to the business or the individual and at Impact Training we believe that ineffective training can actually have a negative effect on an organisation. One of the critical success factors in ensuring this does not occur is applying the correct methodology and experienced resources to the design phase of the training. We utilize proven tools to ensure that the Training Needs Analysis analyses and assesses the goals and objectives for the training being developed.

Develop

The Training Needs Analysis is the key input to the develop phase and the first key deliverable is an outline of training content. Checking with the customer when the course is fully developed is too late and a waste of everyone’s time. A high level descriptor of the content headings, module duration estimates, delivery methods and exam schedules where appropriate allow the customer and training team to confirm with the customer that the learning outcomes specified in the TNA from the design phase are being met.

Deliver

One of the keys to our success is providing trainers who have industry experience and understand how to align commercial realities with learner needs and objectives. The analysis completed in the design and develop phases help to ensure that the right delivery model is chosen. The corner stone of our delivery model is to ensure not just that the learning outcomes are achieved but that the learners are engaged throughout the session.
